FAQ

How do I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. DE LA MONTAGNE does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you've received a defective product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately for assistance. You may be required to provide photos or other documentation to verify the defect.

If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued, and further instructions will be provided. DE LA MONTAGNE adheres to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, which is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

Guest Orders: If you placed an order using the guest checkout option and have received a defective item, please create a DE LA MONTAGNE account or contact Customer Care directly to facilitate your request.


Return Policy
All sales are final. DE LA MONTAGNE only accepts returns on defective merchandise. To qualify for a return due to a defect:

  • The defect must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Photographic evidence of the defect may be required for approval.

Free return shipping is offered on approved defective returns within Canada only. Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are not due to a product defect will not be accepted.


Exchanges
DE LA MONTAGNE does not offer direct exchanges. As all sales are final, exchanges are not available unless the product is found to be defective.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items approved as defective. Once the defective item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund process, and note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Please note: Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.


Warranty
All products purchased through the DE LA MONTAGNE website are subject to limited warranty coverage. We disclaim all warranties and conditions relating to any misuse or failure to follow brand instructions. For specific warranty details, refer to the user manual or contact the brand directly.

If a product is found to be defective within 14 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Care team to initiate a return.


Frequent Returns
As all sales are final, we do not process frequent returns. If you experience an issue with a defective item, contact Customer Care for support.

DE LA MONTAGNE reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with our updated policy.


What is your price adjustment policy?
Price adjustments may be requested on regular-priced items within 2 days of purchase. Price adjustments are not available on:

  • First-time customer offers

  • Targeted or promotional offers

  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other holiday promotions

  • Afterpay purchases

Store prices cannot be matched with online pricing.
